Biography: Mr. Thrasher has over six years of patent experience and previously trained as an electrical engineer.  He also has significant avionics engineering experience.  Mr. Thrasher’s patent practice focuses on domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution (including patentability and infringement opinions).  Mr. Thrasher also counsels clients regarding patent and intellectual property strategies and valuation.  His representative arts include handheld devices, smart phones, digital and analog processing, silicon wafer processing, wireless communications (software, 802.11, Bluetooth, CDMA, GSM, 3G), software patents and business methods. Prior Experience: Mr. Thrasher was previously an associate in the Richardson Telecom Corridor offices of Jackson Walker L.L.P. and Klinger & Navarro, LLP.  Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Thrasher was an engineer with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Corporation.
